Awana and Youth (2016-17) begins 9/14!

Wednesday night kicks-off our Awana and Youth programs for the 2016-17 school year. Both start in the gym at 6:30pm and finish at 8:00pm. As always, adult prayer meeting and Bible study gathers at 7:00pm.

Sunday 09.11.16 (Awana Sunday)

This Sunday we look forward to beginning our 14th year of Awana on Wednesday the 14th. You can check out our Awana page for more details (click here). Also, we’ll kick off our new Sunday School year with Koehn Bakery doughnuts and coffee at 9:45am in our gym. Hope to see you there!

Awana: Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed ~ 2 Timothy 2:15

We kick off our 14th year of Awana this Wednesday, today we consider:

  • žThe theme verse: 2 Timothy 2:15—We are to be people who correct handle God’s word
  • žAwana’s purpose: helping children, youth, and families know and follow Jesus by knowing and apply his word
  • Ways you can be involved: Pray (lots), invite, give, and volunteer

Sunday 09.04.16 (declare his glory)

This Sunday we’ll take a look at Psalm 96 and the call on our lives to declare God’s glory to the world. We hope to see you there! Also, with the holiday weekend, we will have no evening services; and we pray for safe travels for all our families and friends.

Awana Begins Wednesday!
Awana begins this Wednesday (9/9). Clubs run throughout the school year, each Wednesday school is in session, from 630-8pm. Clubs available for students from 3yo to the 12th grade. Check out the Activities page for more info.

Sunday 04.26.15 (Christ and the generations, men’s prayer breakfast, last Awana, and more)

This Sunday morning, we’ll take a look at Deuteronomy 6 and “Christ and the Generations.” We’ll see how one generation of the church is to invest itself in the next generation to show them love and faithfulness to Jesus.

Also, Sunday evening will be our last Awana for the 2014-15 school year. We’ll celebrate with grilled hotdogs for dinner at 5pm and the year end club at 530pm.
