Gratitude and Provision ~ Exodus 15:22-17:7
The sermon in one sentence: Be people of gratitude who trust in the daily provisions of God.
- Israel’s Pattern: They felt a need; They complained; Still, God graciously provided; Repeat
- We should not be like Israel (1 Corinthians 10:6, 11)
- We should not take for granted God’s gracious provision
- Complaining and Grumbling…
- Fails to trust God to provide (15:22-24, 16:8, 17:1-7)
- Longs for “good ol’ days” of the past that weren’t really that good (16:1-3, 17:3)
