When God Seems Quiet ~ Esther
There are many times where God seems quiet or uninterested, during those times he is faithfully working even if we don’t see the movement of his hands. So when God seems quiet and/or life chaotic:
- Trust that God is setting the stage for his good purpose (various)
- Pray, pray, and pray (4:1-16)
- Celebrate God’s answers, even the quiet ones (9:20-32)
- Seeing Jesus and the gospel in Esther
- In sin, we are helpless, harassed, under Satan’s rule, and facing death, unable to save ourselves
- But Jesus is the great King who faced down our enemies and won our freedom
- Freed in him we have a great cause of rejoicing in which we share with and help others
