This Sunday we’ll take a look at 2 Chronicles 36 and Ezra 1, and see how God is sovereign over all the events, leaders, and nations of the world and how he uses them to fulfill his promises to both save and judge. Then, following our worship gathering we’ll celebrate lunch together at our annual Thanksgiving Fellowship. Hope to see you there!

- God has promised again and again to judge sin yet to save repentant sinners (36:1-21)
- God uses and moves the hearts of kings and others to carry out his plan to judge and save (36:22-23, Ezra 1)
- God gives sufficient witness to his plan, calling for repentance and salvation (36:15-16)
- Our response:
- Understand sin’s condemnation and the gospel hope, repenting and believing
- Trust that God is in control and have no fear
- Work to spread the love, glory, and gospel of Jesus (praying, giving, and going)
